Efficient Office Kontrol is based out of Perth, Australia.

My goals are to work closely with clients from any where in the world to assist them in achieving and growing their own business.  I work with Sole Traders and Small Business Owners.
My packages can be short term or long term depending on the client’s needs.
If you require a short time for systems to be set up and training provided in order to improve on the flow of your imformation them, or require long term administration management then Efficient Office Kontrol is for you.  My goal to enable buiness growth for my clients whilst ensuring that their systems are easy to use.

Tanya Mills

Hi, I am the founder and Director of Efficient Office Kontrol.

My goal for my clients is to offer a efficient service which enables you to push your business to the next level.  My expertise from my career include, office management, roster management, database control, creating processes to enable effictive running of daily tasks, executive support, utilising technology to provide better communication and running of businesses… just to name a few.

My previous experience in administration spans over 25 years, with 11 being in medical administration.  I am extremly quick and efficient in responding to urgent needs and strive to provide the best service for my clients.
Qualificatons I have include a Certificate III in Business Office Administration & Certificate III in Information Technology.

 

Nicole Schofield

Hi I provide administration support for Efficient Office Kontrol.

I come from a background of managing hospitality business and have developed an interest in administration management.  I am proficient in all Microsoft applications and have an Approved Managers Licence. Bookkeeping, invoicing and events management are some of the skills I possess, Strong customer service skills with a background in working with vulnerable people, committees and managers. Experienced in bookkeeping, rostering, administration for small businesses, reaching KPI’s and sales targets.

My personal attributes I bring to EoK include effective communication, retain software skills, critical thinking and problem solving, professionalism and strong work ethic, time management skills, punctual, maintained high standards of customer service during high volume fast pace operations and enjoy collaborating with clients to improve their systems and processes to enable them to excel.
